Made In Space is a company dedicated to creating a future of human life in space. They specialize in creating manufacturing equipment tailored to working and building in zero-gravity. Among their accomplishments, they have designed and created the 3D printer that us currently used by astronauts on the International Space Station.

For this project they requested that I do some concept art for Project RAMA. This project aims to direct asteroids in and out of orbit using mass drivers and inertia to propel them. These mass drivers would be made out of the rock and metals found on the asteroid, put together by seed bots sent there. Made In Space received funding from NASA’s Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC), a program which awards grants for furthering space exploration. You can read more here on Medium.

This is not the full poster. There is more information included, but it is still classified. I received permission to post this after the article was published.
